At Fujiwara Motor Shop, we understand that a purchase can't always be perfect right away. That's why we offer a 14-day return period after receiving the product.

Returns Policy

  • The product can only be used in unopened, unused and undamaged condition will be returned.

  • The product must be returned in the original packaging and including all accessories and documentation.

  • Minor errors during unpacking and brief inspection are allowed, but the product must not have been used.

  • Returns due to a defect or malfunction are also accepted, of course. In that case, please always contact us for instructions.

How to return?

Please notify our customer service of your return within 14 days of receipt. After notification, you have another 14 days to return the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or due to an error on our part.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
